We supported each other to cut back on our meat consumption, when it wasn't popular, and to eat a plant based diet. We played tennis regularly for exercise and practiced yoga and meditation for inner balance. This lifestyle eventually became the basis for our first business together called FARE WELL Health Promotions. FARE WELL stands for Food Awareness Relaxation and Exercise With Encouragement Laughter and Love. This was our philosophy for promoting natural products around the country. We believe that these 7 principles lead to a happy and healthy lifestyle. It's worked for us for over 30 years and its worked for our customers, students and clients for over 25 years.
We first learned about Essential Oils on a visit to the gym on an open house day. The person that shared them with us was very helpful in explaining why their essential oils were not like any other essential oils we had used before; she was right.
